Shelley is the newest member of our client service team at Farr, Miller & Washington. Prior to joining the firm, she owned Financial Concierge Services LLC which helped high-net-worth individuals manage their personal finances. As a prior owner of many LLCs, she also helped small businesses tackle everything from budgeting to human resources. She also served as the executive director of Madison House Autism Foundation and was a program manager for Space Shuttle Test and Integration (NASA).
Ms. Pumphrey holds a bachelor’s degree in English, political science and religion from Brigham Young University, as well as a master's degree in public administration (emphasis in accounting) from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville.
